I’m Sheryar Khan, a video editor based in Islamabad with 11+ years in post production. Taught myself on Sony Vegas in 2013, then formal training at Eureka Multimedia and a filmmaking certification at the Los Angeles Film Academy. My most recent role was Animation Video Editor at PsychPlus, a US mental health care company, where I produced 80+ animated explainers and led sound design on 50+ branded pieces. Before that I spent three and a half years at Editing Machine, a UK post production studio for YouTube channels over 1M subscribers, where I was promoted to Head Documentary Video Editor within a year and led a team of 7 to 8 editors across 200+ projects. My work has aired on national television in Pakistan and generated 100M+ views across my career.

Most of my work for YouTube is long form, across documentaries, talking head videos, and vlogs. Short form reels and Shorts sit alongside it, and I also take on branded explainers, VSLs, and TV ads. I’ve worked with teams in YouTube, healthcare (PsychPlus), education (Taleemabad), and real estate (M&W Visuals). My daily stack is Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Higgsfield for AI assisted work where it saves hours.
